This site is a dedicated tribute to Steve, who was born in London on June 12, 1963 and passed away peacefully on the 16th May 2022 aged 58 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and the many friends who knew him.
Steve, along with Elena, was a keen follower of sport and travelled the world to watch various key sporting events. He loved Cricket and was a member of Surrey Cricket Club and often spent a summer afternoon at the Oval. He was a passionate football supporter and a season ticket holder at Crystal Palace. Steve was known to love his real ale and a member of CAMRA and would attend the local and London beer festivals with his friends. One of Steve's passions was music and his eclectic taste meant his collection of CD's and vinyl's would be the envy of most music lovers. Both he and Elena loved attending live music events both large and small.
For the past few decades Steve has enjoyed a successful career in the Financial Services industry working for large corporate banking and insurance organisations and specialised in regulation and enforcement of the laws and rules in finance and the capital markets.
Overall, Steve will be known for his caring, kind, supportive nature with a wicked sense of humour. We know many of you reading this will have your own memories of Steve and we encourage you to leave your thoughts, tributes, memories and photos on this site for all to share and read.
We would like to thank family, friends and colleagues who attended Steve's funeral to celebrate his life on Saturday the 11th June and for all your donations to The Fountain Centre at the Royal Surrey Hospital and Rennie Grove Hospice at Home Care, the two hospice and palliative care facilities that Steve and the family benefited from during his short illness.
We look forward to reading your own personal tribute to Steve on this page along with any photo's to share amongst all those who knew and loved him.
